Working with us

From a first pilot to sustainable scale.

Every partnership starts small. We adapt, test, and learn together before moving toward larger evaluation and full transfer.

  1. Start small and adapt

We identify the people who could benefit most, adapt the curriculum to the specific population, train partner facilitators, and run an initial pilot.

  2. Evaluate and strengthen

We use implementation and outcome data to improve the program, then test the most promising model at a larger scale.

  3. Transfer and sustain

We support the partner in integrating the program into its existing services and gradually taking ownership of implementation.
